In order to make more trucks move, Ningbo Zhoushan Port set up a "one button return to post" function on the driver end of the "E-port Link" at the first time, providing an electronic "harbor epidemic prevention pass" application channel for truck drivers who meet the conditions for returning to work, and quickly implementing the "white list" system. "Three days ago, I uploaded my identity information, health code, nucleic acid test report and other materials to the 'E-Hong Kong Stock Connect' APP through my mobile phone. As of October 20, six batches of "white lists" had been declared, totaling nearly 18000 people. At the same time, the "white list" has been dynamically adjusted, and there are more than 15000 qualified "white list" truck drivers.
With a "white list+pass", truck drivers may not be able to get out and back. Jiang Tao introduced that at present, there are 6765 on duty production and operation personnel at the container terminal of Ningbo Zhoushan Port, which can meet the requirements of nearly 120 routes at most, and the day and night operation capacity exceeds 100000 TEUs.
Ningbo Zhoushan Port also tried to meet the needs of customers. In view of the closed roads of some external storage yards, Ningbo Zhoushan Port actively communicated with shipping companies and other units to formulate the direct delivery service of empty containers in the port area, and at the same time, the test boxes, the replacement of damaged containers, the distribution of lead seals and other links should be implemented. For the shipping companies with insufficient storage capacity in the port area, the empty container transportation management between the outer storage yard and the port area is planned to effectively meet the customer's needs for containers.
"While making every effort to restore road transport, Ningbo Zhoushan Port has also reduced the pressure on land transport and ensured the orderly operation of production through multiple channels by increasing the density of water water transfer and sea rail intermodal transport." In terms of railways, we have continued to increase channel publicity, actively guided customers to switch from public transport to rail transport, and increased the number of trains issued by railway stations in the province.
